40th Judicial District Court
The 40th Judicial District Court, also located on the third floor of the Ellis County court, is also a popular court dealing with several legal issues. In general, this court mostly deals with felonies and official misconduct, as well as grand jury organization and juvenile cases. County Court at Law One and Law Two
